Hey there! We want you to love what you order from us. Every product is made with care — whether it’s a digital download or a custom print — so here’s how our refund policy works:

Digital Downloads

Since digital files are available instantly, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges once your purchase is complete. Please double-check product details before buying to make sure it’s exactly what you need.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

All of our POD items (like tees, mugs, and hoodies) are made just for you when you order — that means we don’t keep stock or accept returns for things like ordering the wrong size or changing your mind.

That said, if your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or not what you expected, no worries! Just reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it — replacement or refund, whichever makes sense.
